My recipe includes:
* Placing calve's liver into a small pan
* Adding water to cover liver
* Add chopped onions [I use yellow onions; but, any onion will work]
* boil until the water has boiled off
check to ensure the liver is very tender. If not, boil more; but under lower heat.
